Herewith announcing -  Second Maier Medi International Short film Festival (MMISFF) 2022  @ Nashik , Maharashtra ,  India  - The wine capital of India , Land of culture , historical land & developing IT hub .

We are very thankful for  overwhelm response of quality submission of entries from worldwide to MMISFF 2020, Pune  , the first International Short Film Festival dedicated to healthcare issues from Asia. More than 450 film entries , contribution from 25 countries , presence of more than 60 film celebrities made it really glamorous and successful. 

We are not charging any Entry fees for the festival participation. 

About us: 

Maier Medi International Short Film Festival ( MMISFF ) 2022, Nashik , India is conducting an innovative International short film festival and invites participation from aspiring and upcoming , independent dedicated and innovative filmmakers from worldwide . 

We are focusing over to create National Platform for aspiring talent from India.

Eminent personalities from Film / acting will be Jury members for this Event. 

Number of celebrities will be attending this live event. 

Short Film categories:

Category A ) Short films related to Medical Specialty / clinical practice / any issue related to medical field 

Category B ) Short films - Societal cause / Youth inspirations / National interest 

Rules and Regulations: 

Applicant can send the Film in  (Video Format .MP4 or .MOV) .via Google Drive link to our official email ID .

The film can be Documentary, Experimental, Narrative, Fiction, Non - fiction or Animation.

Film length should be in range minimum 6 minutes to maximum 25 minutes including front and back credits.

The short film can be in any language or any genre. All non- English films must have English sub- titles for festival presentation. 

Each Preview film  should be with details with the Title, Running - time, Contact E- mail and Phone number.

Multiple entries can be submitted. 

Submission Entries :  Window closed for forthcoming  FESTIVAL . 

Entry Fees:  Free

You can send films from 1 November 2021 till 30 August 2022 via email . 

Or

 You can submit entries through www.festivalfocus.org platform for short film submission. We have registered our event at “ festival focus”. ( This line will be opened from First February 2022 - Submit film on this portal only from 2 Feb 2022 onwards till 30 August  2022 ) 

Film should be submitted before deadline.

The Film Festival is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, postage due, stolen, or misappropriated entries. 

The festival Jury committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any film without assigning any reason whatsoever. 

Once  submitted for selection will be considered as final and no changes will be entertained after submission. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant .

The competition is open for BOTH professionals as well as students.

All films are judged equally based on: 

Originality (Quality of storyline, and script) Production (Camera work, lighting, and shot composition) Post- Production(Editing, transitions, continuity, and flow) Image (Focus, color, and lighting) 

Acting (Dialogues , expressions , impression etc) Sound Quality (Clarity, consistency of audio levels, and lack of noise)

The decision of selection committee will be final AND binding . 

LEGAL ASPECTS: 

Short films that are submitted must be the entrants’ original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights or any other rights of any third parties. Contestants agree that they have obtained all required permissions regarding music, sound and/ or images presented in your short film.

By entering the Festival entry , the entrant agrees that the Film Festival committee will not be held liable for any copyright infringements perpetrated by you or your short film. 

Only Top 50 Entries will be screened in festival . 

All valid entries  will be awarded with certificate of appreciation .

Best performance / awardees will get an opportunities in our forthcoming projects in entertainment industry  , web series , Films & Events etc. 

This function will be attended by number of celebrities  from Entertainment Industry.
